I know its long, but PLEASE read: I went shopping with my friends and my mom. And we were in a store and I told my mom "This shirt's pretty" and my mom was like "eh". After, I told my friend "Me and my mom kinda has different taste in clothes". My mom got all mad and was like "Should I leave? Want me to just meet you in an hour!?" and stuff like that, and that wasn't even an insult... And when we went in a different store, the first thing she said to me was "Do you want to go downstairs?" So I said "I'm gonna look around first and then I'll go down." Then she said "Look around here first, why would you go do downstairs?" And I said "No, cause you asked if I wanted to go downstairs" Then, she got SO mad and started yelling at me and told me to meet her in an hour because she doesn't want to shop with me and that she doesn't deserve to be treated like this etc. Then she tole me I was yelling at her, which I wasn't, and even if I did its whatever because we were in one of those stores with the loudest music. Is it my fault? Or is my mom just in a bad mood? But the thing is she always does theses things to me. During dinner she asked me "Are you going to Downtown with Isabella* and Morgan* tomorrow?" I replied "I don't know yet, cause Morgan* is going skiing anyway" She says "To New York*?" And I say sarcastically "Yeah, Morgan* is going to ski all the way to New York*" Then she got SO mad she stormed off, stomped up the stairs. When I came up, she kicked me, yelled at me, and spazzed so much me and my sister started crying. My father and mother broke up after dating for several years. He was a bit of a womanizer but he never raised his voice, never hated, and never lied (from what I heard). He was quiet and only spoke when spoken to. He was a good father, and to me a good person. My mother is good person but often can raise her voice because of her short patience level. She doesn't hate and doesn't lie often. She's out-going and loud but a fun time, a very cool mom. She married when I was four years old. Soon to be five, I think. We lived in a small apartment, where I grew up for most of my young, young life. When I was about six, we moved into a trailer a little up the road. This is where I grew up until I was 12. I loathed it. I didn't hate the trailer, I didn't hate the area, I hated the man my mother married. He suffered from severe anger problems and often lashed out on me when I was younger, though no physical abuse. When I was in the third grade, my mother gave birth to a healthy baby girl. 7lbs 9 oz, they named my little sister Morgan. During these days, my step-father often worked late nights. So I didn't have to put up with him at all, unless he came home early. I love playing video-games, I always felt that video-games were my way out of the world. They made me feel like I was needed and could do anything and go anywhere. I played allot of video-games at this time. I struggled in school, even though I am a very intelligent person. I suffered for years with teasing from other kids and eventually gave up and withdraw from anyone except my one best friend. I went to school and hated it, then came home and hated it. I would just lock myself in my room and play my beloved video-games. I enjoyed being home with just my mother, and the quiet of the house. I was a late-bloomer though, I didn't get over my fear of the dark until I was 11 and didn't learn how to tie my shoe-laces until I was 10. I spent my week-ends at my great-grandmothers, a bit of a get-away from the man I hated so much. I brought my video-games with me, and a stuffed-animal never left my side until I was 12 years old. When I was 12, music became my life. I listened to every kind and loved every lyric. I started to use music to express myself more in the way I wanted to. I was never good at expressing my emotions, or my feelings. Music helped me to express myself but I never let go for my love of video-games. When I was 11 I got held back in school, and was forced to repeat the sixth grade, the sixth grade teacher HATED me. She tried not to show it but it was obvious. That's the year I made lots of friends, and even dated my first boy-friend. I struggled with my grades still, but I managed to pass by a thread. Into the next year we dated but I ended up braking up with him because I just wasn't as serious about the relationship as he was. This year I broke my back because of a sleigh-riding accident. It was in this year, I realized that throughout most of my life I really didn't feel a thing, not a shred, of emotion. I sat down with myself and realized I didn't love anyone. I cried and I didn't know why. I thought about it long and hard, my mother... I didn't return her deep love for me. My boyfriend, I didn't return his love for me. My family, I didn't feel love for them either, nor my friends. So, I put away my cell-phone, broke up with my boyfriend and detached myself from my friends. Did this make me happy? I have no idea. Ok so I am 13 years old, I'm a girl. My parents are divorced and when they are working I am normally stuck at my grandma's house. So when I turned 12 I wanted to be able to like go out with my friends and stuff. But I am obviously "too young to be hanging out with friends unsupervised." I love three certain tv shows... House, Dexter and Sons of Anarchy. Though the plot is great, I noticed something in common with all three shows- the matured women are used as tools of power to the rest of the cast; but then the character eventually always ends up insecure, damaged or hypersensitive. Why? Why does Dr. Cameron (House) have sensitivity issues; why can't she be a strong doctor? And in Dexter, Rita Morgan (Dexter's wife) is so insecure, she can't cope with his job- even though the job was there before she was. In Son's of Anarchy, Gemma is originally the strongest female member in the club, but in Season 3, she suddenly turned inwardly sheepish. Can anyone, seriously, answer why this is? It seems the only "truly" strong women in TV occur on Lifetime- and then, it's so overpowering and fake, it's no longer interesting to watch. We dont know whats wrong yet and he's been having tests done at the hospital and so far they've found nothing wrong with him. He's having an MRI done in the next couple of weeks but I was still hoping to get some lead as to whats wrong... He is 67 years old, and is not over weight. He was always active, never sat still always doing something until these symptoms hit... SYMPTOMS: Slurred Speech: You can barely pick out what he's saying, my family can with ease (we've just grown to understand it) but if you were to come over and he started talking to you, you'd probably never know what he was saying. Loss of Balance: He has to walk slowly and take his time getting around. He went outside last week during a snow storm to get some wood for his wood stove and fell down over the staires which resulted in another trip to the doctor. Feet Drag?: It is as if his feet drag along the ground when he walks Troubled Swallowing?: I'm pretty sure he has trouble swallowing a lot, I dont live with him, my grandmother does, but on occasion when I'm over there (which is a lot) he seems to choke cometimes while swallowing. Tires Easily: He gets tired really easily, he can't even walk down the street to our house without getting tired, we are literally two houses down and he has to drive. Alright, I'm going to tell you the whole story. Please don't judge me. And please read the whole thing. Okay, well; There's 3 girls- me (holly), best friend 1 (morgan), and best friend 2 (lisa). Morgan and I, only joking, went over Lisa's house and took her key then copied it at the store. Then we put the original key back in Lisa's house. Then, we took the copy key to get into Lisa's house and take some her clothes (basically borrowing without permission). We were laughing about it at the time, because she's our best friend, it's not like we took money or something from her, right? Anyways, after that I threw away the copy key. Ever since that day (december 15- ish) I've been feeling really bad about it. I already asked God to forgive me and told him I was really sorry. I planned on forgetting about the whole thing, until a couple days ago. The day of my great grandpas funeral, Morgan decides to bring it up again by texting me. Here's the conversation: M- Hey, you need to throw away Lisa's key because I feel guilty and I'm not doing it anymore! Me- I already did. And I told God we were sorry and we'd never so it ever again. Sorry just had to make that title long enough lol. OK so I was at my friend Morgan's house at a sleepover last night. There were 5 of us girls there total. We are all 13 years old by the way. Morgan has a hot tub at her house so we all got changed and put our swimsuits on and went in the hot tub like all night lol. Anyway, 4 out of the 5 girls were wearing bikinis. Morgan was wearing a one piece swimsuit. Now I know it's not because of her parents being strict because her mom is cooler than my mom lol. She doesn't have a dad though....he died like 4 years ago I think from cancer. My point is that her mom didn't make her wear a one piece. It's not because she's fat either. Sometimes I wish I had her body instead of mine...but I like my body too. I wanted to say something about how she should wear a bikini instead of a one piece but I didn't know what to do, so I didn't say anything. Most of my dreams are somewhat disturbing, for various reasons, but when I have one that is especially vivid I like to make a record of it somehow -- I'll either write about it and save the file, or in some cases, try to draw a blueprint if a dream takes me to a strange place. But the one from which I just awoke 3 hours ago was one whose significance I'd like to know because it could possibly save my life! The dream began much like the real world in that we were coming home from Morgan City, LA, only that happened over the Christmas holidays in real life because my sister, a high school senior, has been back in school for 3 weeks. But what was unusual was that we stopped to spend the night at an intermediate location, which we've never done in my entire 26 years. We live southeast of Houston, less than 300 miles west, so we've always spent the previous or following night at our house because it's just a 6-hour drive to get there. What's even more odd about this "motel" was that its blueprint was identical to Dad's apartment in Pasadena, TX (he hasn't lived with us or come to Morgan City in 5 years), which is a square of 2-story complexes with a grassy "courtyard" area in the middle, in which there's a fenced-in pool beside a brick cylinder containing a tree instead of a fountain. The parking lot surrounds the complex, and so do most of the sidewalks. Anyway, in the last part of the dream, there was a fire that broke-out in the downstairs apartment across the courtyard from us (Dad's upstairs place in real life). It was caused by cooking, and out came a Spanish-speaking family with several boys under 6. So all I could do was sit at a park bench with Mom and my sister, whose arm she was grabbing to prevent her from going up to it, and try to see as much as I could. All we had with us were our purses (remember, I'm genetically just as female as they are because that's how I was born and am expected to present myself in the real world) containing our license, MP3 players, etc. and I had my 10 by 12" baby pillow I've slept with since I was 2 months old. I kept asking Mom why she hadn't brought the green canvas suitcase full of stuff I'd bought in Morgan City, and she said she'd put it in the turned-off stove (the fireplace and stove are the last things to burn because just as they're made to keep fire IN, they can also keep it out). I kept asking if our complex would burn down, and she said of course it would! I was angry at the fire department for taking so long, but the last thing I remember before waking up was the sight of firemen shooting water into orange and gray smoke. When I awoke, I was totally relieved to be safely home in DPTX with my baby pillow there beside me, my black purse hanging on the chair, the green suitcase in the closet, and all my Morgan City "treasures" having been packed away on January 4th when we got here by 8:00 PM. But I couldn't help but wonder why I dreamed about a fire at a place like that. So could you please try to tell me the significance of the fire and how it pertains to my life? And why would we stay at a "motel" that looks exactly like the apartment to which Mom is constantly threatening to send me to live? Im a mom of now 2. My son is in process of being evaluated for autisum. I have a 3yo who has speech problems and is in the bully/mine stage. My baby and last since I got fixed after her... well she passed away last month and im still waiting on answers as to why or when Heres the problem.... Im blocking this so much. I told my hubby the day it happened I wanted to go to the crazy house. Everyone thinks Im doing good but its just me holding it in. He is a cross country truck driver. He has been gone for about 2 weeks and will be gone another 4 or so. He just started this company so pay kinda sucks right now. I have so much stress on me... between money, kids and greiving im exausted. I dont sleep and when I do I wake up way before kids and cant get back to sleep... I always see my Morgan in my dreams. I keep my crying to myself I always have been one to cry alone. I miss her so much and dont understand why Im blocking this so much. I have had my crying spells but not like it should be. I dont cry to much .. mainly at night. I have gained some weight.. probably from the cookies and couch. I'm suffering from major depression. Could I be having a nervous breakdown. Here's the deal... I was depressed before but it was ok. Now on 12-14-09 I lost my baby girl. The ME still has yet to find an answer as to why she died. I found her and for the life of me I relive that day and those visons everyday. It happened sometime between night and morning. So by the time I found had regamortus had done set in. I just got short of beath by typing that..... Morgan was my 3rd and last. I also have a son who is going thru the evaluation process for autisum. He is 5 with a mentality level of 2yr3mt. He has yet to be presribed anything so its kinda stressful most times. Middle child just turned 3. ... getting back on subject here... When I found her and screamed and then called 911. I loved her and miss her so much it hurts but I havent got to cry like I should. I want to lock myself in my room and cry all the time but I know I cant. I have to be strong for the other 2. I set an appointment but doing outpatient they take dear sweet time. I will be seen and put on meds the 29th. My problems are... I dont sleep and when I do I always see her and hear her. I wake up from the beautiful nightmare and cry for about an hour or so until the kids get up. I have never cried in front of anyone before in my life. even at funeral I just held my head in my lap. I dont know why I am that way.. always been as long as I know. Other the the 3hrs of sleep at night if im lucky I got.. NO energy, serious lack of motovation, im blocking this and hoping its just a dream.. its not, im pissed, blaming myself but she my moniters never went off that night meaning she never cried. If I look at a spot long enough I can see her playing there like she used to do. It can be dead of quiet in the house with kids asleep and me up watching a movie. Okay so my friend and his gf just started going out, however his gf brings along her friend. Her friend is getting bored so they ask me to come along.
