Bassett Furniture Outlets Questions and Answers
Resolved Question: I spent 6k on a couch that came back different than what I ordered and totally doesnt fit in my living room?
Details of the custom couch were clearly lost in translation between myself and the salesperson. The owner of Bassett furniture outlet will not make it right because I signed their paperwork that outlined the specs of the couch with their own internal codes but didn't provide any pictures. Long story short, I am livid because they spent the better part of three months leading me on that they would "make it right" and just now are they taking a hard-line stance on not "making it right." I implied in my last conversation that I am going to take further action and the owner invited it. PLEASE Advise on what you would do principally or legally if you were me and you knew in the bottom of your heart that it was their screw up that they now do not want to take accountability for.
